Nestled on a Muskoka island, surrounded by the lake, this cottage offers an astonishing and unforgettable view. One of the cottage’s standout features is the hemlock wall that extends into the ceiling, adding a warm, natural feel to the space.

The living room and Muskoka room – often referred to as a sunroom – are beautifully separated by a custom double-sided wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for chilly nights.This fireplace wall is clad in staggered stone on both sides, from floor to ceiling. The fireplace mantel and hearth elements, along with the wall, are mirrored in both rooms. The mantel itself features a simple single-tier step in the design, ensuring some flair but nothing too distracting from the space’s characteristic design.

The cottage is filled with various patterns that infuse an eclectic charm into the space. One delightful highlight which you can catch a glimpse of is the antique canoe suspended from the ceiling, a fantastic way to showcase a cherished family heirloom!
